About delivery:
მიწოდება საქართველოს მასშტაბით:
უფასო მიწოდება 100₾ შენაძენზე

თბილისი: 6₾, 2-3 სამუშაო დღე. კურიერი დაგიკავშირებათ წინასწარ. მიწოდება ხდება საკურიერო კომპანია Onway.ge -ს მეშვეობით.

თბილისი: სწრაფი მიწოდება იმავე დღეს (Bolt Delivery) - 12₾ (შეკვეთა უნდა გაფორმდეს დღის 12 საათამდე) - ამანათს მიიღებთ 22:00 - მდე. (მაგალითად 13:00 ზე მიღებული შეკვეთა ადრესატამდე მივა მეორე დღეს და არა იმავე დღეს, ასევე ერთ სამუშაო დღეში მიწოდება არ მოქმედებს შაბათ-კვირას).

რეგიონები: 4-5 სამუშაო დღე - 11₾ (სამწუხაროდ რეგიონებში ვერ გთავაზობთ ერთ დღეში მიწოდებას).მიწოდება ხდება საკურიერო კომპანია Onway.ge -ს მეშვეობით.

რეგიონები: 150₾ ღირებულების შეკვეთის ტრანსპორტირება უფასოა, ვადა 4-5 სამუშაო დღე.
გთხოვთ გაითვალისწინოთ:

მიწოდება არ ხდება ოფიციალურ დასვენების დღეებში და შაბათ-კვირას, გამონაკლისების შემთხვევაში დაგიკავშირდებით შეკვეთაში მითითებულ ნომერზე.

დადგენილ დროში ამანათის მიწოდებისთვის, გთხოვთ სწორად მიუთითოთ ზუსტი ქალაქი, მისამართი და ტელეფონის ნომერი, ასევე სხვა გასათვალისწინებელი ფაქტორები (მაგ. კორპუსის კარის კოდი, და ა.შ)

ადგილზე მიტანილი ამანათის ჩაუბარებლობის შემთხვევაში ამანათი დაბრუნდება საწყობში და ახლიდან მოხდება ამანათის მიწოდების ღირებულების გადახდა.
გთხოვთ შეკვეთის დროს მისამართი ჩაწეროთ Google Map - ის მეშვეობით.
About returning an item:
All products purchased on Husk.ge are inspected before they leave our warehouse, so if you receive a damaged item that was damaged during transportation, Husk.ge will replace the product within 10 days of receiving it back. To do this, you must send us information about the problem, photos and a purchase document/screenshot by email (Info@husk.ge). Our team will contact you at the number provided.
During this period, you must keep all items, packaging, payment documents, and anything else that accompanied the package.
Items cannot be returned if they are not to your liking, nor can they be exchanged for another product.
Refund
Part of our customer care is our prompt replacement or refund procedures for damaged items. Please read the terms and conditions.
Husk.ge:
Will fully compensate for items damaged during transportation.
Items with defects or manufacturing defects must be returned within 3 days of receipt. In such cases, a new item will be shipped to you within 2 business days.
We reserve the right to not accept returns or refunds for used, intentionally damaged, or rejected items.
